Engineering Skill Guide
Overview
The Engineering skill allows players to upgrade a variety of utility tools — chisels, hammers, pickaxes, knives, lobster pots, and harpoons — by combining materials such as metal bars, logs, and specialized parts.
This skill integrates with automation menus, a reputation system, and task masters to provide progression and depth.
Core Mechanics
- Calculation: Fletching + Crafting + Smithing
- Tool Tiering: Bronze → Dragon upgrades
- Upgrade Mechanics: Uses Bars, Logs, Pickaxe Heads
- Automation: Tools Menu & Queueing System
- Reputation System: Unlock high-tier tools & tasks
- Special Items: Bellows, Magnet, Gauntlets
